    Low Cycle Fatigue Test Method with 1 000 kN Electronic Tensile Testing Machine Based on Test Suite TW Software

    • Using MTS 1 000 kN electronic tensile testing machine which was configurated with automatic extensometer,telescopic 8 000 psi hydraulic fixture and Test Suite TW software of MTS Company,a set of stress and strain controlled low cycle fatigue test method was designed.The method could set test velocity,real-time display,acquire and re-inspect the wave type,and could be promoted on MTS electronic tensile testing machine system equipped with Test Suite TW software.It provided a set of low cycle fatigue detection scheme with low cost,and was especially suitable for routine detection of large strain and short time low cycle fatigue test.
