    Fracture Analysis on Seal Spring Leaf of Alloy GH4169

    • The fracture reason of GH4169 spring leaf for steam seal on a turbine of power plant was researched by means of chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,and the analysis on fracture,corrosion products and stress statue.The results showed that the fracture of spring leaf was due to stress corrosion which was caused by masses of corrosive medium in operating environment.
