    Crystallinity Determination of Pseudo-boehmite by X-ray Diffraction

    • The crystallinity of pseudo-boehmite samples were determined by X-ray diffraction under the selected operating conditions,when the curve background was deducted and smoothed once,there was a good linear relationship between the crystallinity and the peak height or area,the equation between the crystallinity and the peak height was Xc=0.379 1Ic+6.487 5,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 2.The unknown samples could be determined using standard curve method which was a simple and quick method with high accuracy and precision.
