    Evaluation on Measurement Uncertainty of Tensile Strength of Aluminium Alloy Based on Monte Carlo Method

    • Illustrated by the case of tensile strength test of aluminium alloy,the step and method of evaluation on measurement uncertainty based on Monte Carlo method were described.The results show that whether the measurement model is linear or not,Monte Carlo method for evaluation on measurement uncertainty was suitable.This method could easily evaluate the standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of given coverage probability,without complex mathematical derivation such as Taylor expansion,seeking partial derivative for sensitivity coefficient.At the same time,it was also unnecessary to simplify measurement model.
