Abstract: Three kinds of interpretation for the stress rates of tensile test methods standards of metallic materials GB/T 228.1-2010 were summed up, and relative problems of every interpretation producing in the standard implementation process were analyzed. A more comprehensive expression for method B of GB/T 228.1-2010 as well as implement method was brought forward. The test results of yield strength (Rp0.2) of certified reference samples under six different measurement conditions were reported.
