    加热过程中H2O(g)含量对55SiCr弹簧钢表面氧化层及脱碳行为的影响

    Effect of H2O(g) Content on Surface Oxide Layer and Decarburization Behavior of 55SiCr Spring Steel during Heating

    • 摘要: 对55SiCr弹簧钢铸坯试样进行热重(TG)试验,研究了不同气氛下H2O(g)含量对55SiCr弹簧钢表面氧化层及脱碳行为的影响。结果表明:混合气氛下55SiCr弹簧钢的脱碳程度高于空气下的,铁素体脱碳层厚度随混合气氛中H2O(g)含量的增加而增大,试样在850 ℃时铁素体脱碳层厚度均出现峰值。与干空气相比,混合气氛下H2O(g)的存在改变了氧化层的组成与结构,使氧化产物比重向FeO比重增加,而FeO的结构较为疏松,会使脱碳程度增加。

       

      Abstract: The effect of H2O(g) content on the surface oxidation layer and decarburization behavior of 55SiCr spring steel was studied by thermos gravimetric (TG) test. The results show that the decarburization degree of 55SiCr spring steel in mixed atmosphere was higher than that in air, the thickness of ferrite decarburization layer increases with the increase of H2O(g) content in mixed atmosphere, and the peak value of ferrite decarburization layer thickness appearred at 850 ℃. Compared with dry air, the presence of H2O (g) in the mixed atmosphere changed the composition and structure of the oxide layer, so that the specific gravity of the oxidation product increased toward FeO. The structure of FeO is loose, which will increase the degree of decarbonization.
