    珠光体相变动力学及图像模拟

    Pearlite Transformation Kinetics and Simulation of Image

    • 摘要: 根据固态相变理论, 珠光体相变动力学可用两个参量成核速率N·和生长速度G 来描述。引用了文献<参考文献原文>中公布的由试验测得的珠光体共析钢的N·和G数据。在不计晶粒边界影响及珠光体外形似球状的条件下, 利用计算机计算了珠光体相变动力学参数, 并进行了图像模拟, 将计算获得的珠光体转变量的体积百分数X(t)V和从模拟图像上测得的珠光体转变量的面积百分率X(t)画相比较表明: 两者符合得很好, 由图像模拟得到的珠光体的外形、大小、分布也获得了期望的效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the theory for phase transformation in solids, pearlite transformation kinetics can be described by two parameters of nucleation rate N· and linear growth G. The data of N· and G was obtained from experiment for eutectoid steel published in literature <参考文献原文> to calculate the pearlite transformation kinetics and simulation of image by computer. Under the condition don’t considering the effect of boundary and the morphology of pearlite is as ball, the pearlite fraction per unit volume X(t)V obtained from calculation was compared with the X(t)画 measured from image of simulation, it was shown that both were well agreement. The morphology, size and distribution obtained from image of simulation were as well as expected also.
