A Accurate Measurement Method of Expansion Rate of Expansion Adhesive for Automobile

摘要: 首先将高黏度、不溶于水且不与水反应的汽车用膨胀胶涂在金属试片上,采用排水法求得膨胀胶固化前的体积;然后对膨胀胶进行固化,并用重量杯法求得固化后膨胀胶的体积，从而达到精确测试膨胀胶膨胀率的目的。

Abstract: First the expansion adhesive which has high viscosity,does not dissolve in water and not react with water,were coated on the metal substrate,and its volume before curing was obtained by means of floating force. Then the expansion adhesive was cured and its volume was obtained by means of weight cup method. Thus,the expansion rate of the adhesive can be measured accurately.
