铝型材力学性能在新旧GB/T 228标准规定的试验速率下的比较

Comparison of Mechanical Properties of Aluminum Profiles in Testing Rates based on the Latest and Former GB/T 228 Standard

摘要: 比较了GB/T 228—2002和 GB/T 228.1—2010规定的在测定各性能参量时的拉伸控制模式和试验速率, 并对基材为6063T5的铝型材进行比对拉伸试验。通过对检测结果的分析, 表明此类材料的规定塑性延伸强度Rp0.2、抗拉强度Rm和断后伸长率A50mm的试验结果在新的试验条件下具有较好的可比性和延续性。

Abstract: The rate control modes and testing rate were compared based on GB/T 228—2002and GB/T228.1—2010when determining tensile properties.A comparative tensile test on 6063T5aluminum profiles wascarried out, in which the analysis of experimental data showed that the three parameters of mechanical propertiesRp0.2, Rmand A50mmwere of well comparable and endurable in the new testing conditions.
