粘接试验方法测定激光熔覆层与基体结合强度
Adhesive Test Method for Measuring Interfacial Bonding Strength between Laser Cladding and Matrix

摘要: 关于激光熔覆层与基体结合强度的检测还没有相关标准,为给激光熔覆层与基体结合强度检测标准的建立提供参考,采用粘接试验的方法,将激光熔覆层视为复材,对304不锈钢棒材和20钢棒材激光熔覆钴基合金STL粉末后的熔覆层与基体结合强度进行了检测。结果表明:该方法的试样制备和试验操作简单易行,对试验设备的要求不高,测定的激光熔覆层与基体结合强度数值的相对标准偏差在5%以内。Abstract: There is no relevant standard for testing the bonding strength between laser cladding layer and matrix.In order to provide a reference for establishing the testing standard for the bonding strength between laser cladding layer and matrix,the bonding strength of laser cladding layer on 304 stainless steel bar and 20 steel bar after laser cladding of cobalt-based alloy STL powder was tested by using adhesive test method.The results show that the sample preparation and test operation were simple and feasible,and the requirement for test equipment was not high.The relative standard deviation of the measured bonding strength between laser cladding layer and matrix was less than 5%.
