    15CrMo钢的高温时效性能的变化规律及计算模型

    Changes of High-temperature Aging Properties of 15CrMo Steel and Its Models

    • 摘要: 根据现有标准DL/T787-2001提供的数据分析了随温度和球化等级的改变,15CrMo钢的碳化物相中钼元素含量、抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率、断面收缩率以及硬度的变化规律,同时建立了相关计算模型,并且预测出球化等级为1.5,2.5,3.5和4.5级所对应的性能参数值。此外还分别给出了依据常温抗拉强度、屈服强度、布氏硬度以及碳化物相中钼元素含量判断球化等级的相关计算模型。通过这些模型可以实现用计算机对材料力学性能和球化等级的快速自动评判。

       

      Abstract: According to the existing standard data from DL/T787-2001, variations of 15CrMo steel were studied between the Mo element content of carbide, tensile strength, yields trength, elongation, reduction of area, hardness and temperature, spheroidization class. Meantime, the models of these variations were constructed and employed to predict the performance parameters of class 1.5,2.5,3.5 and 4.5. Besides, the models of evaluating 15CrMo steel spheroidization class were constructed according to tensile strength, yield strength, Brinell hardness and the Mo element content of carbide at room temperature. Computer could calculate the performance parameters and evaluate spheroidization class quickly by these models.
