    高强度套管断裂失效预防及标准化

    Preventing High Strength Casing from Fracture and Standardization

    • 摘要: 通过对高强度套管断裂原因进行大量调查研究和失效分析, 认为套管材料钢级越高, 需要匹配的韧性也越高, 高强度(屈服强度≥140 ksi,即965 MPa)套管断裂原因主要与材料强度和韧性不匹配有关。要从根本上解决高强度套管断裂问题, 首先应当对高强度套管断裂原因进行失效分析和研究, 找出其断裂原因;然后依据失效分析和研究成果制定严格的订货技术标准, 并采取一定的措施落实订货技术标准。

       

      Abstract: By a large number of investigation and failure analysis on fracture failure of high strength casings(yield strength≥140 ksi or 965 MPa), it was considered that the higher strength grade of the casing was, the more toughness required for the casing material was. The high strength casing fracture was mainly related to their low toughness that was not satisfied with its strength. In order to solve radically high strength casing fracture problem, casing fracture failure analysis and research should be done first to find out the fracture causes, and then technical standard should be established in accordance with failure analysis and research results, and some measures should be taken to carry out the technical standard.
