气体吸附法测定低比表面积氧化铝粉体的比表面积
Specific Surface Area Determination of Alumina Powders with Low Specific Surface Area by Gas Adsorption Method

摘要: 采用气体吸附法原理,以低比表面积氧化铝粉体标准物质为例,利用美国麦克仪器公司的ASAP2020比表面积和孔隙度分析仪测定其比表面积,通过改变测试条件分析各项参数值对测定结果的影响.结果表明:吸附系统“死体积”、样品用量和脱气条件等对测定结果都有比较明显的影响;对于低比表面积氧化铝粉体的理想测定条件为脱附温度250 ℃,脱附时间2 h,样品用量2.5~3 g.试验所得结果可为低比表面积粉体的比表面积准确测定提供参考.Abstract: Using the gas adsorption method,the specific surface area of standard alumina powders was determined on ASAP2020 specific surface area and porosity analyzer made in Micromeritics Instrument Corporation of USA.And influencing factors on the specific surface area test results were studied.The results show that the adsorption system dead volume,sample amount and degas conditions all had obvious effects on the testing results,and the ideal testing condition for alumina powders with low specific surface area was that 2.5-3 g sample was desorbed at 250 ℃ for 2 h.This study could provide a reference for the low specific surface area determination.
