Abstract: The common abrasion resistance test methods and the correlative standards for architectural aluminum alloy profile were summarized. And the differences between different methods were analyzed. The results showed that the shakeout method was used in GB 5237-2008, but the method had some shortcoming; the abrasion blasting method, wheel abrasion machine method and Taber test method were all used in practice infrequently, so the methods should be researched continuously.
