Analysis on Cracking Reason of 35CrMo Round Steel Part during Quenching and Tempering Process

摘要: 35CrMo圆钢零件在调质后出现了开裂现象,通过宏观检验、化学成分分析及金相检验等方法对开裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:加工工艺不当使圆钢疏松部分被使用,诱发裂纹产生,而调质过程中冷却速度过快促进了裂纹的扩展.Abstract: The cracking reasons of 35CrMo round steel part after quenching and tempering process were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and so on.The results showed that the appearance of cracks on round steel part was mainly induced by the use of loose part due to inappropriate process technology.In addition, the extension of cracks was promoted resulted from the faster cooling speed.
