Abstract: The technology of pseudo-color enhancement of digital image processing is applied to the field of metallographic analysis. The mapping relation between gray level to pseudo-color and also designed conversion system were discussed in this paper. The experiment shows that the small gray level difference can be converted to the sharp hue shift clearly and the contrast of discrimination is improved greatly.
