Abstract: Definition and classification of systematic error were introduced first.The systematic error isincluding constant value systematic error,linear systematic error and cycle systematic error.Then their effect on themeasurement results and detection methods of different kinds of systematic error were analyzed.Finally ways toeliminate and reduce different kinds of systematic error were described.
