Abstract: Thermal transmittance testing is an important way of evaluating thermal performance of thermalbarrier profiles.The test method of thermal barrier profiles of aluminium alloy was presented, the uncertaintysources in thermal transmittance testing were analyzed, and the measuring uncertainty for thermal transmittance ofthermal barrier profiles was evaluated, and the matters needing attention provides were provided.The result showed thatprobability of occurrence of measurement results of thermal transmittance was 95%in(2.90±0.06)W·m-2·K-1.
