    锅炉导汽管蠕变剩余寿命评估的新方法

    New Method for Evaluation on Creep Residual Life of Steam Conduits for Boiler

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检查、超声探伤、磁粉探伤、金相检验、硬度测量、内壁氧化层厚度和金属层厚度测量等方法, 对某电厂的锅炉导汽管进行了蠕变剩余寿命估算。评估结果表明: 所抽检的6根导汽管弯头显微组织均已完全球化, 硬度正常, 未见明显的力学性能劣化, 在目前的运行条件下可安全运行一个大修期以上。

       

      Abstract: By means of macroscopic inspection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, metallographic examination, hardness measurement, thickness measurement of internal oxide layer and metallic layer etc., the creep residual life of steam conduits for boiler in one power plant had been evaluated. The results of evaluation showed that the microstructures of the selectively inspected elbows of six steam conduits had been transformed to spheroidization entirely, but the hardness was normal, and there was not obvious performance degradation. Under current operating condition, the steam conduits can safely serve more than one overhaul periods.
