Abstract: Metallurgical analysis,fracture analysis and chemical composition analysis were carried out on the B70 grade line welding pipe which cracked during the cold bending test. The results showed that network cementite distributing along the boundary of ferrite grains,inclusions and gas porosities caused the cracking of pipe during the cold bending test.
