    0Cr25Ni22Mn5Mo2堆焊层超低含量δ-铁素体的测定

    Determination of Super-low δ-Ferrite Content of 0Cr25Ni22Mn5Mo2 Surfacing Layer

    • 摘要: 采用0Cr25Ni22Mn5Mo2合金焊丝在16MnR低合金钢表面堆焊形成堆焊层, 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电子背散射衍射仪等仪器对堆焊层的相组成及含量进行了分析。结果表明: 0Cr25Ni22Mn5Mo2堆焊层的显微组织主要为奥氏体, δ-铁素体含量极少, 电子背散射衍射技术可以用作堆焊层中细小物相的分析, 并获得极低含量的物相数; 电子背散射衍射技术在焊接材料的分析中具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Surfacing layer was welded on 16MnR low-alloy steel surface with 0Cr25Ni22Mo2 alloy electrode, and the phase compositions and content were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electronic microscope and electron back scattering diffraction (EBSD). It results show that microstructure of 0Cr25Ni22Mo2 surfacing layer mainly consisted of austenite and very little δ-ferrite. It was conformed that EBSD technique can be used to analyze the tiny phase and obtain it super-low content, which is beneficial for analysis on the welding material.
