    布氏硬度试验的不确定度评定

    Uncertainty Evaluation of Brinell Hardness Test

    • 摘要: 根据布氏硬度试验中标准硬度块、硬度计及试样等影响不确定度的因素, 提出了一种试验室布氏硬度试验测定值的不确定度评定方法, 即通过对产生不确定度的若干分量进行计算, 最后得出扩展不确定度。被测45钢锻材试样的布氏硬度试验结果为:X=(185.0±3.6) HBW5/750, k=2, 相对扩展不确定度Urel=1.9%。结果表明: 该布氏硬度试验的不确定度对试验结果的影响在可接受范围之内。

       

      Abstract: An uncertainty evaluation method for Brinell hardness test was introduced, and those uncertainties associated with the hardness-reference block, hardness testing machine, and specimen were taken into account. In other words, the effects to the separated uncertainties were calculated to derive the expanded uncertainty. The testing results of 45 steel forging specimen were X=(185.0±3.6) HBW5/750, k=2, and the relevant deviation of hardness was 1.5%. The results show that the effect of uncertainties to the hardness test results was acceptable.
