Abstract: Through analyzing the yield strengh and chemical composition, the relation between yield strengh and chemical composition was defined. The regression between above two factors was set and verified. Analysis and tests content of Si is showed that Si is the main factor to affect yield strengh. At the same time we can adjust the chemiscal composition of the steel (especially content of Si ) to control yield strengh, the results obtained is better.
