    EBSD测定钛合金中氢化物的取向关系

    DETERMINING ORIENTATION RELATIONSHIP OF TITANIUM HYDRIDE IN TITANIUM ALLOY BY MEANS OF EBSD

    • 摘要: 提出了一种新的基于扫描电镜背散射电子衍射花样的测定析出相取向关系的分析方法,这种方法的精度约为2.5°。实验中还使用该方法对钛合金中氢化物与基体的取向关系进行了分析,其结果与用选区衍射分析得到的结果一致。

       

      Abstract: A New method based on Electron Backscattering Diffraction (EBSD) was proposed to determine the orientation relationship of precipitates, and its accuracy is estimated to be 2.5°. The analytical results of the method about the orientation relation of titanium hydride are in consistent with that of Selected Area Diffraction (SAD). As an example, the orientation relationship of δ/Ti in a Titanium alloy was identified, in good consistence with that obtained by SAD.
