    热镀锌钢管渗漏失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Leakage of Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Pipes

    • 摘要: 采用化学成分分析、宏观检验、金相检验和能谱分析等方法对某中央空调冷冻水循环用热镀锌钢管渗漏原因进行了分析。结果表明: 钢管渗漏失效为由钢管内壁焊缝处的点腐蚀引发的由内向外的孔蚀引起的; 循环冷冻水中的溶解氧和硫离子等腐蚀性介质是导致该钢管腐蚀渗漏失效的主要原因; 而钢管未按相关规定进行二次防腐处理,则是导致钢管腐蚀渗漏失效的直接原因。

       

      Abstract: The leakage reasons of hot dip galvanized steel pipes used in central air-conditioning water circulatory system were analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis, macroscopic examination, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the leakage of the pipes was caused by pitting corrosion which formed in the welded area on inner wall of the steel pipes. The main reason for the corrosion was the existing of corrosive medium such as dissolved oxygen and sulfide ion, and the direct cause for the corrosion was due to deletion of necessary second anti-corrosion treatment for the pipes.
