摘要: 在拉伸试验中, 作为试验机生产厂家如何贯彻新国标GB/T 228.1-2010中的“方法A”, 国产试验机是否能真正实现全程应变控制, 如何在估算试验机系统的柔度后计算横梁位移速率。针对这些方面, 对应变速率控制这一概念和新标准的各项术语进行了归纳和阐述。并结合自主研制的电子万能试验机对传感器-通道频带宽度、有效采样点、试验机柔度等进行了实际测定, 通过对实测数据和曲线的分析和比对, 论证了该电子万能试验机能够满足GB/T 228.1-2010“方法A”规定的应变速率控制要求, 完全可以做到全程应变速率控制。Abstract: During tensile test, as a testing machine manufacturer, how to implement of “method A” of the new national standard of GB/T 228.1-2010, how to do the test under strain control and how to calculate the crosshead separation rate after estimating the flexibility of the system? To solve these problems, the concept of strain rate control and other terms in the new standard were stated. Using the own developed electronic universal testing machine, the sensor-channel bandwidth, effective sample point and the testing machine compliance and so on were tested. The experimental data show that the machine could meet the strain rate control requirement of GB/T 228.1-2010 and could achieve the total strain rate control.
