Abstract: In order to expend the application of MG-200 pin-on-disc tester to film tribology, the loading, fastness and measurement of friction were improved. The loading precision is better than 0.1N. Small friction is measured by leverage. The disc is fixed by quadratic fastness. The practice results indicate that testing data were steady. So it can apply to film tribology researching after refit.
