    圆筒混料机滚圈表面点蚀及剥离失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Surface Pitting and Stripping of Cylindrical Mixer Rolling Ring

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检查、磁粉检测、化学成分分析、硬度测试以及金相检验等方法对某圆筒混料机的滚圈进行分析, 找出了引起滚圈表面出现点蚀及剥离的主要原因。结果表明: 由于滚圈铸钢材料组织粗大, 且在后续热处理过程中由于方法不当产生了魏氏组织, 使得材料的力学性能较差, 从而导致其在使用过程中出现点蚀及剥离等失效现象。

       

      Abstract: Through macro inspection, magnetic particle testing, chemical compositions analysis, hardness testing and metallographic examination, the surface pitting and stripping reasons of a cylindrical mixer rolling ring were analyzed. The results show that original microstructure of the rolling ring was too coarse and Widmanstatten formed in the subsequent heat treatment process, which reduced the mechanical properties of the material and resulted in the pitting and stripping failure in service process of the rolling ring.
