Abstract: NDS-1torsion tester is the main test equipment on torsion experiment in author laboratory,but itwas purchased early,it was not able to satisfy the need today,the test system needs development.It was introducedin detail how to improve the test system,after improvement,the system not only had the complete functionoriginal,but also can work on preserving data momentarily,drawing curve,calculating test result,and showingdata analysis result of complete experiment which already finished.Frame of interface simple and harmoniously,easy to operate,moreover,it was no costs much,good for accumulating experience of other system improvement inthe laboratory.
