Abstract: For analyzing the reason of the heat exchange tube crackles,the failure of heat exchange tube of external heat collector was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical property,micrography and SEM. The results indicated that heat fatigued crackle and high stress lead to the failure of tube.
