    空调系统中先导阀的漏气原因

    Leakage Reason of Guide Valves for Air-conditioner

    • 摘要: 采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪等分析手段,对空调系统中先导阀在水面下通以420 MPa压缩空气进行常规检验时发生漏气的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在对先导阀进行自动氩弧焊过程中,由于没有严格控制焊接工艺中的某些参数,导致先导阀焊接区局部温度过高,产生元素成分偏析,同时晶界强度降低,最终在焊接热应力作用下形成沿晶界扩展的焊接热裂纹,从而形成了由内向外的空气通道,使先导阀在水面下进行高压空气检验时出现漏气现象。

       

      Abstract: Leakage reasons of the guide valves for air conditioner when inspecting by 420 MPa air under water were studied by means of stereo microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that because some parameters of welding technology were not control strictly during the course of automatic argon arc welding, temperature of the local welding zone was higher than the normal temperature, which result in the formation elements segregation and reduction of grain-boundary strength. Then Intergranular welding thermal cracks generated under the action of the welding thermal stress, so air passage of the guide valve formed and leakage happened when it was test by high pressure air under water.
