    角焊缝维氏硬度压痕直线行排列试验的新操作方法

    New Operation Method of Vickers Hardness Indentation Test of Straight Line Arrangement on Fillet Weld

    • 摘要: 根据设计和标准的要求,在角焊缝中心位置45°角处均匀测量维氏硬度,必须保证硬度压痕间隔为1 mm,角焊缝、热影响区和母材等部位的维氏硬度压痕呈直线行排列。笔者选用了HV-120型维氏硬度计,载荷98 N。为了达到标准要求,在硬度计工作平台上放置两块方型磁铁,以固定试样上、下不可移动,用游标卡尺的精度来保证压痕的间隔为1 mm,用45°角的三角板来确保角焊缝的中心线为45°。用这种方法进行维氏硬度试验,操作简单,压痕成为直线行排列均匀,测试结果准确可靠,满足了设计和标准的要求。

       

      Abstract: According to requirements of design and test standard, when Vickers hardness on 45° center position of fillet weld was measured uniformly, indentation distance must be assured of 1 mm, Vickers hardness indentation of fillet weld, heat-affected zone, base metal and so on should be arranged in line. Vickers hardness tester whose type was HV-120 with 98 N of loading was used in experiment. In order to meet standard requirements, two square magnets were placed on job platform of hardness tester to fix the specimen which was not allowed to move up and down, indentation distance was rigidly defined of 1 mm by accuracy of vernier, centre line of fillet weld was determined of 45° by triangle plate with 45°. The operating method was simple, indentation of straight line arrangement was equation, testing results were accurate and reliable, and it was satisfied for the requirement of design and test standard.
