    齿轮渗碳淬火组织粗大原因分析及工艺改进

    Reasons Analysis and Process Improvement of Coarse Microstructure of Gears after Carburizing and Quenching

    • 摘要: 分析了齿轮渗碳、淬火粗大组织的常见形态特征及形成原因,并对存在粗大组织的齿轮进行了工艺改进试验.结果表明:加强中间热加工工序的质量控制,从产品流转的各道热加工工序确保材料组织晶粒保持细化,可使局部粗大组织得到消除;在齿轮生产过程中,应加强原材料进货检验,避免不合格的原材料流转到下道生产工序;应严格对锻造温度的控制,必须控制好锻造过程的始锻温度和终锻温度,从而使热处理后的粗大组织得到细化,最终保证汽车齿轮产品的质量.

       

      Abstract: The common morphological characteristics and formation reasons of coarse microstructure of automobile gears after carburizing and quenching were analyzed,and process improvement test was done to the gears with coarse microstructure.The results show that the local coarse microstructure could be eliminated through strengthening the quality control of intermediate heat processing.During the process of gear production,raw material receiving inspection should be strengthened to avoid the unqualified raw material to flow into the next working procedure.At last,the forging temperatures should be controlled strictly,especially the initial forging temperature and final forging temperature,in order to make the coarse microstructure be refined after heat treatment and ensure the quality of automobile gears.
