    QDH钢制凹模失效分析

    Failure Analysis of Concave Mould Made of QDH Steel

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、宏观检验和金相检验等方法对QDH钢制凹模失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于脱碳层未完全去除, 渗氮件表面粗糙以及在渗氮层中形成了脉状及网状氮化物, 使模具的冲击韧度显著降低, 从而导致模具发生了早期开裂、塌陷及局部剥落。

       

      Abstract: By means of chemical composition analysis, macro examination, metallographic examination and so on, the failure reason of QDH concave mould was analyzed. The results showed that decarburizing layer of the concave mould wasn′t removed absolutely, the surface of mould was coarse, nervation and wave nitride was came into being in the nitrided case. All of these made the mould impact toughness significantly reduced, leading to mould happened early cracking, collapse and local spalling.
