    四点弯曲加载下带焊缝试样表面的最大拉应力公式推导与分析

    Deducing and Analyzing for Maximum Tensile Stress Formula of Weld Specimen Loaded by Four-point-bending

    • 摘要: 对应力腐蚀试验中四点弯曲加载下带焊缝试样的最大拉应力计算公式进行了详细推导,并与GB/T 15970.2-2000中列出的四点弯曲加载的最大拉应力计算公式进行了分析比较。结果表明: 推导出的公式考虑了焊缝弹性模量和焊缝宽度对最大拉应力计算结果的影响,更能反映真实应力。当焊缝宽度和外支点间距的比值<0.423时,焊缝宽度越小,焊缝与母材的弹性模量差异越大,GB/T 15970.2-2000推荐公式的应力计算值与真实值差距越大。

       

      Abstract: The formula for calculating the maximum tensile stress of the specimen with weld was deduced in detail, when the specimen was loaded by four-point-bending (FPB) in the stress corrosion test. The new formula was compared to the formula listed in GB/T 15970.2-2000. The results showed that the influence of Young’s modulus and width of the weld on the maximum tensile stress was considered in the deduced formula. The real stress was reflected by the deduced formula. When the ratio between weld width and distance between external fulcrums was less than 0.423, the difference between real stress and calculated stress by the formula listed in GB/T 15970.2-2000 increased with the decrease of weld width and the increase of Young’s modulus difference between weld and base metal.
