Abstract: In order to find out the reason of no-yield-point of 20MnSiNb hot rolled ribbed bar,the fracture observation,chemical composition and microstructure were analyzed,and the comparison and analysis of normal mechanical properties were made as well. The results showed that the reason was the high content of bainite,and the measures were proposed.
