Abstract: Through discussing on the strain control, frequency bandwidth, sampling frequency and compliance in GB/T 228.1-2010, product technology positioning was done to the tensile testing machine manufactured by SUNS. Conclusions such as it is difficult to control the strain rate within ±20% error range during a period of time when using strain control, the sampling frequency is not always the sooner the better, and better quality testing machine needs the support of related industries were obtained.
