    金属材料室温拉伸试验新旧国家标准的对比分析

    Comparison Analysis of New and Old National Standards for Metallic Materials Tensile Test at Room Temperature

    • 摘要: 从试验前要求、拉伸试验机数据采样频率、试样表面粗糙度、试样原始横截面积测定、比例试样原始标距的计算修约、试验速率和控制方式、上下屈服强度的判定以及数值修约等方面对金属材料室温拉伸试验新、旧国家标准(GB/T 228.1-2010和GB/T 228-2002)进行了对比分析, 并着重对新标准中的部分修订内容进行探讨分析, 旨在加深质检部门、企业及相关部门对新标准的理解和应用。

       

      Abstract: For better understanding the new tensile test national standard by the staff in quality inspection departments, metallurgical enterprises and related departments, the major differences between the new and old national standards of metallic materials tensile test at room temperature (GB/T 228.1-2010 and GB/T 228-2002), such as the requirements before test, the data sampling frequency of tensile testing machine, surface roughness of samples, methods for measuring original cross-sectional area of samples, calculation and rounding off for original gauge length of proportional test samples, test rate and control methods, criterion of upper and lower yield strength, rounding off for numerical values and so on, were comparatively analyzed. Especially, parts of the revised contents in the new standard were discussed for practical application.
