    微晶玻璃板破损分析

    Rupture Analysis of Glass Ceramic Plate

    • 摘要: 激光陀螺仪用微晶玻璃板上通过焊接封接了钛合金管和低碳钢电极, 玻璃板在低温试验后发生破损。通过对玻璃板的金属件安装孔边缘断口和裂纹形貌进行观察分析了玻璃板破损的原因。结果表明: 微晶玻璃板安装孔周围的玻璃沿钎焊区出现的剥离损伤和金属件与微晶玻璃之间因热膨胀系数差异较大导致的变形不协调所产生的拉应力有直接关系; 通过调整封装组件选材来减小热膨胀系数差异, 并准确控制试验温度, 可以有效预防此类问题。

       

      Abstract: The titanium alloy pipe and low-carbon steel electrode were welded on the glass ceramic plate of laser gyroscope. The glass ceramic plate ruptured after low temperature trial. The fracture surface and cracks of the glass ceramic plate were inspected to analyze the rupture reason. The results showed that the peel damage found along the welding zone around the fixing hole of glass ceramic was related with the tensile stress from the inconsistent deformation owing to the different thermal expansion between metal and glass ceramic. The failure could be prevented by adopting proper materials to decrease thermal expansion difference and controlling trial temperature.
