    大型H型钢气割裂纹原因分析

    Reason Analysis of Torch Cutting Cracks on Large H-beam

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检验、硬度测试、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验及磁记忆应力分析测试等方法对大型H型钢在气割过程中出现裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 裂纹是由于切割翼板时产生的温差拉应力与材料本身的残余应力相叠加, 作用在应力集中缺口的腹板切割槽处而产生的, 最后对气割和焊接作业过程提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: The reason of torch cutting cracks on large H-beam was analyzed by means of macrographic examination,hardness testing,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing, metallographic examination and magnetic memory testing. The results showed that the crack generated on web incise groove, which was in state of thermal stress and residual stress, and the advices about torch cutting and welding were brought out.
