    国内外SUPER304H钢焊接接头热影响区的组织对比

    Comparison of Microstructure in Heat Affect Zone of SUPER304H Steel Produced by Domestic and Abroad

    • 摘要: 国内某钢厂生产的SUPER304H钢的焊接接头热影响区部分区域晶粒粗大,而国外同类产品的焊接接头热影响区晶粒则均匀细小。对国内外不同厂家生产的该钢种的焊接接头热影响区进行了金相、电镜及电子探针的检测分析,在国外产品的热影响区发现大量Cr23C6相析出,这种析出相阻碍了二次热循环时热影响区晶粒的长大,但同时会导致抗腐蚀性能变差。Cr23C6相的析出主要是因为钢材化学成分和焊接工艺的区别造成的。

       

      Abstract: The coarse grain was found in heat affect zone(HAZ) of SUPER304H steel produced by a domestic plant,whereas the corresponding grain size of the same product of another plant abroad was homogeneous and fine. The phenomena was investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM),scan electronic microscopy(SEM) and electronic microscopy probe analysis(EMPA). The Cr23C6 phase was found in HAZ of the product abroad. The precipitation of the Cr23C6 phase refrained from the growth grain boundary in the second thermal cycle,but also would lead to a bad anticorrosion property. The precipitation of Cr23C6 phase was related to the difference of element composition and welding procedure.
