    不同工艺热处理后ZG35Mn2Si2CrB钢在中低载荷下的耐磨性能

    Wear-resistant of ZG35Mn2Si2CrB Steel under Middle and Small Loading after Different Heat Treatment

    • 摘要: 测定了ZG35Mn2Si2CrB耐磨钢在加热和冷却时奥氏体转变和马氏体转变温度,进行了不同正火和回火热处理试验,并对不同热处理后该耐磨钢的组织、硬度和在不同载荷下的耐磨性能进行了测试和分析,对磨损形貌进行观察。结果表明:ZG35Mn2Si2CrB钢的相变临界点为Ac1=740 ℃,Ac3=775 ℃,Ms=190 ℃,该钢具有良好的淬透性,空冷条件下就可以获得贝氏体/马氏体复相组织。试验钢经热处理后获得的贝氏体/马氏体复相组织具有良好的耐磨性能,适合在中低应力磨料磨损条件下工作。

       

      Abstract: The transition temperature of the austenite and martensite of the system of ZG35Mn2Si2CrB wear-resistant steel were determined and heat treatment tests at different austenized and tempering temperatures had been carried out. The microstructures,hardness and attrition resistance of experimental steels were investigated and the attrited appearance were observed.The results showed that,the critical point of the austenite and martensite transition temperature of the wear-resistant steel were Ac1=740 ℃,Ac3=775 ℃,Ms=190 ℃,respectively. The steel had a good hardenability and could get the bainite/martensite complex phase structure under the air cooled condition. The hardness of the ZG35Mn2Si2CrB wear-resistant steel increased with the temperature,decreased with the increase of tempering temperature,but the toughness increased with tempering temperature. The bainite/martensite complex phase that the ZG35Mn2Si2CrB wear-resistant steel got after heat treatment made it had the good mechanical properties,whose high hardness cooperate with fine toughness made it be fit to work under low stress or middle stress frictional condition.
