进口离合器楔块材料的检测
Inspection Analysis on Imported Clutch Wedge Material

摘要: 利用金相检验、X射线衍射、光电子能谱、直读光谱、硬度和密度测试等方法对国外某型高速楔块式离合器的楔块未知材料试样进行检测分析。综合检测数据确定楔块基体材料为GCr15,并经淬火处理,硬度均匀,楔块表面有6.8~8.3 μm的渗铬层。该楔块具有良好的耐磨性和抗蚀性。Abstract: By means of metallographic examination,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,hardness and density testing,etc.,the wedge unknown material of a high speed overrunning clutch was analyzed. With comprehensive analysis to the testing results,the sample material was determined as GCr15. The testing also showed that the material was quench-hardened,and the chromized layer with depth of 6.8-8.3 μm on sample surface raised wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the material.
