Abstract: The properties test methods of room temperature blacking film were introduced,and the properties included corrosion resistance,adhesion,the rate of hole,microstructure,thermal stability,machinability and the anodic polarization curve in 3.5% NaCl solution. The adhesion test and 3% CuSO4 and 3% NaCl solution test were the acceptance tests of the products.
