    SS400连铸坯高温热塑性分析

    High Temperature Ductility of SS400 Steel Continuous Cast Slabs

    • 摘要: 采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机测试了SS400钢连铸坯的高温力学性能, 并利用扫描电镜观察了拉伸试样断口形貌。结果表明: SS400钢第Ⅲ脆性温度区为725~825 ℃, 在该温度区其断面收缩率仅约为40%; 通过控制二冷区冷却速率, 将铸坯的矫直温度提高到850 ℃以上, 避开第Ⅲ脆性温度区, 可以减少铸坯表面裂纹的产生。

       

      Abstract: The hot ductility of SS400 steel continuous casting slabs was tested by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine, and the fracture surface morphology of the tensile specimens was observed using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the third brittle temperature range of the steel was 725 - 825 ℃, and at the brittle temperature range, the reduction percentage of the steel was only about 40%. By controlling the cooling rate of the secondary cooling zone and raising the billet straightening temperature above 850 ℃ to avoid the third brittle temperature range, it could reduce the generation of surface cracks of the cast slab.
