    双相不锈钢高温组织相含量的测定

    MEASURING THE PHASE CONTENT OF HIGH TEMPERATURE MICROSTRUCTURE IN DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL

    • 摘要: 采用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜原位分析和淬火热处理试验两种方法并结合Mivnt显微图像分析系统对双相不锈钢高温组织中的奥氏体相含量(体积分数,下同)进行了测定。两种方法所测定的奥氏体相含量随温度的变化趋势基本一致。与热处理试验方法相比,共聚焦激光扫描显微镜原位分析方法的效率较高、测量结果较精确。根据两种分析方法测定的结果,得出了奥氏体相含量与温度的线性回归关系式。

       

      Abstract: The volume fraction of austenite in high temperature microstructure of duplex stainless steel was measured respectively by the confocal scanning laser microscopy (CSLM) in-situ analysis and solution quenching heat treatment test combined with Mivnt micrograph analysis system in this paper. The results of both methods are generally consistent. Compared to the method of heat treatment, the efficiency and measuring precision of the CSLM in-situ analysis are better. On the basis of the results of the CSLM in-situ analysis and quenching heat treatment test, the linear regress formula between the austenitic volume fraction and temperature is given.
