Abstract: The r value, tests were arranged by orthogonal experimental design, to find out the major influencing factors on the measurement of r value by means of the method of analysis of variance. As regard to all thickness of sheet, the sample style is major factor which will influence the analysis results of r value. Finally, a appropriate suggestion is given to the accurate measurement of r value.
