    空气预热器蓄热元件腐蚀原因分析

    Corrosion Reason Analysis on Thermal Storage Element of Air Preheater

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析以及X射线衍射分析等方法,对某厂600 MW 亚临界锅炉空气预热器冷端蓄热元件的腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明:该蓄热元件的腐蚀为烟气中SO2/SO3 气体作用下发生的低温腐蚀。并针对蓄热元件的腐蚀原因提出了预防措施。

       

      Abstract: By means of macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, SEM analysis, EDS analysis and XRD analysis, the corrosion reason for the thermal storage element at cold end of air preheater of a 600 MW subcritical boiler was analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion of the thermal storage element was low temperature corrosion happened at flue gas with SO2/SO3. Some preventive measures for the thermal storage element corrosion were brought forward.
