    低碳钢弹性模量的实验室间比对试验

    Inter-laboratory Comparison Test of Elastic Modulus of Low Carbon Steel

    • 摘要: 采用试样传递的方式对低碳合金钢标准试样依次在4个实验室进行了弹性模量的比对试验。结果表明:使用单个引伸计、两个引伸计、双边引伸计、电测法在4个实验室间比对试验中均得到了满意的结果;比对试验结果分析发现,对于引伸计的校准/检定以及期间核查,应关注0.100mm 以下小变形时的测量精度,必要时应给出在小变形时引伸计示值的修正因子;实验室应经常开展比对试验活动,以确保试验室的检测技术能力。

       

      Abstract: The inter-laboratory comparison test of elastic modulus of low carbon alloy steel standard sample was performed in four laboratories by using sample delivery method. The results show that the comparison tests results between four laboratories by using one extensometer, two extensometers, bilateral extensometer and electrical measurement method were all satisfied. By comparing and analyzing the results, it was found that the small deformation measurement accuracy below 0.100 mm should be paid attention to during calibration, verification and intermediate checks of extensometer. When necessary, the correct factors of the indicating values of thesmall deformation should be given. The inter-laboratory comparison test should always be carried out to ensure the testing technical capabilities of the laboratory.
