    高温部件热障涂层的质量检验

    QUALITY INSPECTION ON THERMAL BARRIER COATINGS OF HIGH TEMPERATURE PARTS

    • 摘要: 采用理化分析方法对电站燃气轮机高温部件热障涂层的喷涂修复质量进行了检测和评定。提供了关于涂层的厚度、微观结构、成分组成、硬度分布及应力状态等综合的分析结果,所采取的分析方法具有工程可行性和实用性。有助于了解、比较和控制高温部件热障涂层的内在质量状况及其可能存在的缺欠,有助于对喷涂工艺的评价和优化。同时,亦可作为喷涂质量管理的一个有效途径。

       

      Abstract: The methods of physical testing and chemical analysis are introduced for quality inspection on thermal barrier coats of the high temperature parts used in gas turbine power station. The results concerning the quality of the TBCs, such as the thickness, microstructure, compositions, hardiness as well as the state of the stress are provided and discussed. It shows the testing methods with the feasibility and reliability in practical application. The methods could be an effective ways for the coat processing improvement, the part quality comparison and the quality guarantee.
